From 26.03.21 after the morning restart at 5: 00 Moscow time!
All new characters will receive:
1. A cap for 10 hours with a starting buff
2. We remove the time penalty for 10 rebirth (it was 12 hours)
3. Also from the last rune start bonus EXP and SP 30% for 10 hours

Bonus start for beginners, so that they can join the main part of the game as soon as possible and quickly catch up with everyone!
Each newly created character gets an EXP and SP rune of 30% for 10 hours.
